Lovely Stay with Really good Service
great transportation really good staff lovely view relaxing massage
I found great transportation options near the hotel with train stations. The staff exceeded my expectations in every way I could imagine. The city lights view from the bar was lovely I spent hours there. One of the best massages in my life was at their spa I never felt more relaxed.
The carpets showed slight wear and tear in some areas of the hotel. It was a minor issue, but noticeable upon closer inspection.

The concierge team arranged guides to. The staff were happy and kind every time I saw them. They were pretty good my expectation making me feel welcome.

The room provided state of the art facilities with amazing shower and bath. The space was generous allowing me to relax and unwind. The cleanliness was perfect it was a pleasure to return each day.

The staff were helpful, assisting with room decorations. The bed was decorated with pictures of cities from my past, upon my arrival. The room had a great view, nice amenities and it was big.
I noticed the hotel was very busy. This could potentially impact service at peak times.

The gym featured quality equipment including treadmills, stationary bikes, and a separate stretch room. The pool area had ample loungers and a shaded section.

amazing views excellent breakfast
the views from the room were amazing. the bathroom was unbelievable. i also found the breakfast excellent, with a wide variety of choices.
the carpets looked worn and stained. i was afraid to walk on it, a concern .

the hotel features a quality gym, with an attached stretch room, and an insane pool. the views from the top floors offer an excellent cityscape panorama, visible from most rooms due to the building's height.

the breakfast options included both japanese and european choices, which catered to various tastes. the bar on the 36th floor provided excellent cityscape views. the sushi at the restaurant was really excellent.
